Wine labels and EU e-label
AvailablePrepare a full set of labels for every wine batch and meet the EU 2021/2117 requirements. Data is pulled straight from the fermentation record, and the system checks completeness.
What is in the module
- ✓ Final label with a QR code, print blocked until nutrition values are complete
- ✓ Public e-label with nutrition values and allergens after scanning the bottle QR
- ✓ Working label with a checklist of missing requirements
- ✓ Lab sample label with the fermentation record and tank number
An example of a finished label
This is the full set. On the bottle you print the energy value, the allergens and a QR code labelled Ingredients. The rest, the full ingredient list and the nutrition table, opens after a scan.

How it works here
Energy, carbohydrate and sugars are calculated from average data based on what you already keep in the cellar record: the alcohol level, residual sugar and acidity of the batch. No lab analysis is needed. Ingredients are proposed from the batch history: additions, clarifying agents and packaging gases.
A published e-label is immutable. A correction creates a new version under the same QR code, so bottles already in circulation always lead to current data and you keep the full version history. Export the QR as SVG, PNG or PDF at print-ready sizes, with the word Ingredients added next to the code automatically.
QR code print sizes
Export the QR as SVG, PNG (300 dpi) or PDF in three ready print sizes, with the word Ingredients added next to the code automatically. Error correction M, quiet zone 4 modules.
